We lived at Riverbridge for a good 6 years. I give it 5 stars because the property manager, Rachel, made all the difference in our experience being positive. The walls and ceilings are thin so sound carries easily and you can hear everything your neighbors do. However, Rachel was great in listening to us and offering solutions and actionable steps to resolve issues with noise. Outside of that, the property is super safe and clean. Had such an amazing time at RiverBridge Apartments. Moved in during grad school and was able to walk right across the river and access Sacramento State easily. Rent was so affordable for where it is and the management was really great. Maintenance staff and all managers we had were very understanding and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better first apartment experience. Was a very small and quiet community which was perfect for us!
Really great apartment complex right on the river with a great view and nice walking trails. The staff, Matt and Rachel are both friendly and accommodating and make the complex feel like a community.
No communication whatsoever.
