Unfortunately I don’t know how they treat the animals but I know how they treated me on the phone. The first person who answered the phone was just trying to get rid of me and not answer questions. I’m totally fine with not getting an estimate for vaccines or the wellness exam fee, but the attitude was not appreciated, especially when you said “okay” after I asked a question, then left me in silence for a minute or two without telling me you were handing me off to someone else. The Vets and staff are super caring and very skilled. In addition to standard care, our dog has twice required surgery. Both surgeries were performed with great success. Our pup loves to visit.
