Yes there are members of staff that a very rude as previous reviews stated If you're thinking of moving here don't do it. You better have the cash to waste if you do cause your electric bill will skyrocket in the winter. It looks nice outside and appears ok upon move in but soon you'll find doors coming off track. Handles that fall off as they were put on with the wrong size hardware. Your dishwasher won't clean your pre rinsed dishes. Windows that fall apart and are difficult to open and close. Very unfriendly staff. We visited before closing to look at the property, chat, see where our application was at, etc. (We are out of state so we’re trying to get a feel for the property) Management was cold and told us we could walk ourselves around the property. Didn’t even give us any information before practically kicking us out. Application processing took WAY longer than any other apartment complex I have rented at. I have lived here almost five years. I absolutely love the staff. From the office to maintenance, they all go above and beyond. Every holiday the staff has something special for the tenants. I absolutely love it. Craig
