Smoothies are good but the customer service is painful. Y’all need either more staff on a Saturday or better trained staff. People are being quoted a 15 minute wait while there is one person ahead of me. I waited 20 min to get two smoothies. Idk how you stay open like this.
We got smoothie bowls and they were soupy and not frozen at all. Would not recommend this place for a smoothie bowls.
Stopped by this morning for the first time and the staff member was super kind and absolutely crushed it with how many mobile orders and walk ins she had! However, I hope management considers turning off mobile orders an hour after opening or being flexible with when to accept mobile/online orders while they have only one staff member working at a time. The smoothie was absolutely worth the wait and was more than happy to wait! It was absolutely delicious and will be coming back!
