not satisfactory the management complained and got angry at our table for complaining. two visits and the seconed and last one was the worst.the music was extremely loud and it was hard to talk. the management said not want to turn it down and did. we got compensation for the continual rudeness of employees each visit.and decided we had enough with it. the female waitresses are rude to female tables. they talk back rude,interrupt,try to start fights with customers, yell at female customers,ask customers to give them tips,rus... read more

Good Quality Food, price to match The food is excellent - fresh ingredients, good portions. The prices match the quality but are not outrageous. It's a great place for a special night out or a nice lunch. Not a cheap meal, but you get what you pay for. I'll definitely eat here again.

Good Food I went here for the first time the day after Christmas. The service was outstanding and the food was good. I think the prices are a little high but all in all a good experience. I will be going back. They offer a Sunday brunch that I plan to try.

excellent upscale dining Riverbirch Lodge is owned by the same family who owns Midtown Dessertery in Winston-Salem, but it's a much better restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful, particularly in winter. There's a massive wood fireplace, huge wooden chandeliers, and heavy oak tables everywhere.

A total favorite! After two recent visits, this is now our favorite "nicer" style of restaurant. W-S is lacking in good restaurants that are nicer than your typical family style chain restaurants (like Chili's), and River Birch Lodge helps fill in the gap!
