I am very disappointed with the management and maintenance team of this building. Recently, they tried to blame me for a water leakage issue that was clearly caused by a corroded metal pipe. Their own workers had previously inspected the problem and confirmed that repairs were needed, yet they never fixed it. Instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to shift the blame onto me and even threatened to charge me for the repairs. Staff in building 2 at 5423 57 Street work hard, are friendly and are beautiful souls to work with. I am happy to live here. Thank you for making this place “home.”
I so love this place! Safe, secured, and clean. The staff are helpful, accommodating, and kind. They will help you with every detail to make your stay comfortable and wonderful. Excellent place to stay! Great job guys!
