I am truly impressed with the maintenance team and staff at Riverbend Apartments in Red Deer. Every time I need assistance, they respond quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. I have rented a apartment for my daughter and her BF. He works nights, she is studying for school. The Pepe above see to think it’s funny to stomp, bang, yell from 6am-1am. We have contacted management or the gals who apparently take care of this bldg, to be told “no one else has comply”, “they said they’d comply” when the above tenants were spoken too.
