Had a wonderful time living here. Property was well taken care of and every interaction with staff was very pleasant.
If your unit isn't perfect say goodbye to your damage deposit, They will charge you at least $20 to wipe a couple of crumbs from a drawer Also they wont tell you that you have to manually cancel your utility/tenant insurance plans, so I've lost an extra $100+ -westland insurance got bought out and now there are many many recent reviews explaining that they will overcharge you (even if you attempt to cancel your plan! I have nothing but good things to say about Tess and Ali. I dealt with both of these ladies while I lived at Riverbend Village for 3.5 years. Their customer service is unmatched and always treated me so well!
Very good staff. Nice little place to live.
