Took these two girls there and was so grateful for the affordable emergency option they had to see us right away. The staff and Doctor really care about animals and are very educational, compassionate, and comprehensive in the care and process. She was thorough and explained all our options and why we may or may not want to do each and then gave us tips related to the issue and breed of dog. Definitely recommend if you love your critter.
Kind staff in a calm and clean environment. I came in with my cat without an appointment during a very busy time. The staff continued to update/check in on us while we waited. Everyone was very professional and kind. Highly recommended for end of life options.
We had a really excellent experience at Riverbend last weekend. My 11 yr old dog injured his left leg/shoulder on Saturday evening (because of course he only hurts himself on weekends). It wasn't an emergency but I didn't want to wait until Monday for him to see our vet so a veterinary urgent care was perfect and the fee was probably about what my vet would charge for a same day appointment anyway. Love the customer service and speediness. Very clean and welcoming facility. Second time being there and their prices are very reasonable and the two times I have been there, we got in and out super fast. The staff and doctors are really sweet and gentle :)
They were awesome. You can definitely tell they care about your pet. Went above and beyond. Would recommend
