We moved into 45 Riverview Drive, Chatham Ontario Friday July 18th, 2025 Cindy & Randy Mortimer , the Resident Managers, were very honest, straightforward, have kept their word. We found everything as promised. The appliances work like a charm, Very efficient, the atmosphere in this complex reflects beautiful people. Blessings
Great place to live, with a family-friendly atmosphere and a very quiet neighborhood. The building is very well maintained, with regular improvements and maintenance throughout the year. I’ve had some maintenance issues in my unit, but everything was promptly resolved. Mrs. Cindy, Randy, and Kevin are always ready to help with anything we need — they are very nice and helpful.
I've lived in Riverbend Towers for going on 7 months now and I have loved every minute of it. The building is clean, quiet, and everyone is so friendly. The property managers have been nothing but kind and helpful in every situation; if there is a problem, they are prompt to fix it right away. The apartment itself is gorgeous, spacious, comes with washer and dryer in unit for most floors, and has a great view! You get your own private balcony, which is a plus in my books! The management of Riverbend Tower Apartments (Cindy, Randy and Kevin) is top notch. They are always there when you need them and they serve above and beyond the call. They keep our home clean, safe and very welcoming. Whenever there is a request for assistance or something in the apartments needs attention, it is handled and taken care of right away. Riverbend Towers is an excellent place to live. The management is super friendly and very helpful, any issue we've had has been promptly addressed and resolved. I find the rent affordable, utilities are included except electricity, the apartments are spacious and it's very quiet and clean. There is a good sense of community in this building, all the residents are very friendly and welcoming.
