I recently moved into a nicely renovated 2BR apartment at Riverbend Tower. The layout and living space in the apt is quite good. The other tenants that I've met have all been very friendly and welcoming. The building is an older building. It was constructed back in the 1980s, so ongoing maintenance issues are to be expected. However, the on-site management team are excellent and maintain the units and the building well. We moved into 45 Riverview Drive, Chatham Ontario Friday July 18th, 2025 Cindy & Randy Mortimer , the Resident Managers, were very honest, straightforward, have kept their word. We found everything as promised. The appliances work like a charm, Very efficient, the atmosphere in this complex reflects beautiful people. Blessings
Great place to live, with a family-friendly atmosphere and a very quiet neighborhood. The building is very well maintained, with regular improvements and maintenance throughout the year. I’ve had some maintenance issues in my unit, but everything was promptly resolved. Mrs. Cindy, Randy, and Kevin are always ready to help with anything we need — they are very nice and helpful.
I've lived in Riverbend Towers for going on 7 months now and I have loved every minute of it. The building is clean, quiet, and everyone is so friendly. The property managers have been nothing but kind and helpful in every situation; if there is a problem, they are prompt to fix it right away. The apartment itself is gorgeous, spacious, comes with washer and dryer in unit for most floors, and has a great view! You get your own private balcony, which is a plus in my books!
