Carl at the Northside Dr. store sold me the wrong size tires and after bringing it to his attention he became irate & very unprofessional & chose to hang the phone up!!!
Only reason they are getting one star is because there is nothing lower. Very poor customer service at the 49 store. Changes need to be made, do not shop there.
Rolled in with a flat tire. They were very friendly and had me on my way in no time.
Went to River Bend tire on the 22nd and had a blowout today. And they said they had to charge me because the tires I bought didn't have road hazard!!! I won't be using them anymore at all. They didn't say the tires didn't come with RH before I bought them. But if I wanted a tire that had RH I'd have to pay twice as much.. ����... Don't use River Bend in Pearl!!!!! And if any of you know the owner please screen shot this and send to him.. And tell him to PM me because the manager wouldn't tell me how to contact him.
Rude! Horrible customer service. I will not be doing business with them and don't recommend to anyone.
