I applied for an apt. For 966.00 a month. Gave them all my information, but was denied due for the sole purpose of money. I have been in the same place for 9 years. I have good references. I was told them were good landlords but I guess I was wrong. Not mad just disappointed that the bottom line with Watermolen apts are all about the money and not the people. Disappointing
I rented with them for almost 2 years. They had a more hands off approach, which I like. I always paid my rent on time or early and they never once called me or bothered me for anything neither did they raise my rates, even with the housing market boom. The apartment I rented was more recently remodeled as well, and was in good shape. I will say that sometimes they are bad at answering the phone, like when I first wanted to look at a place it took 3 phone calls to get someone to answer. Other than that, they were great. Tried calling for several days with no response. After speaking with the guy who works in the office he rushed me through the questions I had and made me feel as if I was annoying him. Very unfriendly bad experience. My family and friends will be looking elsewhere to rent.
