O stars if you're comfortable paying for less than bare minimum help and random shut off water be my guest. There is a plethora of things wrong with this place. Charger properties should feel ashamed.
Had flooding due to maintenance neglect, management then blamed us for the damage. We have been polite and trying to work with Charger, to no avail. We were also charged an increase in rent with no notice. Renters beware. If they damage your apartment, they will charge you for the damage. Also there was an eviction notice left on our door for a different person AND apartment. We have been with Charger for 5 years. We can't wait to leave after this. It is absolutely abhorrent.
Current resident. Maintenance staff is unqualified and caused a massive leak in the kitchen ceiling. They attempted to blame the water damage on us as pre-existing and insulted us. Management ignored our concerns and refused to cooperate or assist in any meaningful fashion. After repeated ignored requests for compensation our rent was increased without notice. I've been with other charger properties but this is by far the worst and I won't be returning.
Apparently they let anybody stay there don't always do background checks
Always smells like pot, office is no help, couldn't renew lease had no one in the office for 3 months always a new person so they charged a extra 100 a month, charged for insurance and had my own no refund for that. So when I thought was all taken care of with new office girl went back and charged me 5 months of late fees and filed for eviction even with rent in full on time for 3 years. Then placed a person on parole in the building with me and our neighbors with 9 kids and police and ambulance was here 15 times in 3 months... read more
