We do have one of the best mangers deerfield springs has ever had she is great and doing a great job managing the park. She is really for the residents of the comunity

The new manager we have is great she really for the community. we have had alot of managers. But I really like this one. She is trying to get a pool put in and a playground for the kids. She is always in the office and we can call her cell and she answers every time. Best manager weve had in years.we really like living here now.
i recommend you dont move here our buy from here. we have went through 3 managers since i have been here and i have only been here a year in a half. there is never anyone in the office. they charge excessive late fees rent is due on the first and if you dont pay by the fourth they charge you 60.00 to a 100.00. they try to ge you in here saying they have a pool, clubhouse, and laundry but have been promising that for over 6 years
