HORRIBLE. Avoid if possible. NEVER pick up their phones in pediatric department, HORRIBLE customer service when needing assistance, waited close to an hour just for someone to pick up my call. And this happens ever. single. time. If I could give zero stars I would. If you seriously need medical assistance go elsewhere.
