The other day I called and asked to speak to a nurse and the receptionist was being extremely rude and short tempered to me because I couldn’t “get to the point” fast enough. I didn’t end up getting a call back. I am trying to call them back now and have been on hold for 25 minutes. Are they not picking up on purpose?
My visit was great. My doctor Keyla was very friendly and listen to my issues. The whole experience was excellent.
The PA was very thorough and the new meds seem to be working.
