They took me off meds that were helping my migraines and I don't know the reason but if they want you off a med they simply stop prescribing it. It was not a narcotic.
Unprofessional stuff... Need to do TB test for work,in my records it that I had reaction in the past. I informed nurse about reaction she talked to the doctor and wait it ok they still do this. Today 1/14/16 I came to check of course my arm is read and has rush. So now they send me to X-ray and I will be charge double but not only this nurse was trying to make me do pregnancy test with threat that if I refuse she put this in my record. Just an adjunct operation. Stay with a group that is directly associated with a Hospital. Just a step up from Express Care.
This place is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I call, I get an attitude from the receptionists and nurses. On top of that, they book you to see your doctor 3 months out unless you call back AT LEAST 3 times and beg them to see you sooner. If you have pain, forget it. They treat you like a drug addict. Getting prescriptions refilled is like pulling teeth. The doctors do not empathize or even listen to you. Every time I go there I am interrupted the entire time. This place is basically an assembly line of rude, incompetent people who only care about their bottom line. My PCP is Dr. Cody; however in over a year of being a patient, I have never once met her. This includes my yearly physical. I am seen by a different PA each time, who spends half the time looking up info on their computer. Also, a few month ago, I made an appointment to discuss my medications. As usual I was seen by a PA. I had 2 refills left, so she told me to call when I needed a refill. I'm new to the whole Dr scene. Before last year I didn't have health insurance for almost 10 years. As a child I was a patient to the riverbend medical pediatrics. I figured it would be a good idea to go back where I had a good experience in my youth. If I could I'd give this place ZERO stars! I have seen many doctors here in the hopes of finding one that actually cared or listened but I have not found any at all. These people are unprofessional, lazy, inexperienced and rude. They are nothing but sniffle doctors and if you have any REAL problems I feel bad for you because if you go here to get help you will never get it. Dont bother! This place will be a waste of your time. The first time I called the receptionist was rude so I decided to look elsewhere. Then I decided that was probably a fluke so I should try it. Bad move!! Show up for my appointment and they can't find me on the schedule. Then the receptionist finally finds my records and tells me I have an appointment on x date. I say. The best experience I've had in a doctor's office. I have been to this facility about 2 dozen times within the last two years to sort out some medical issues I have been having. Outstanding service..The doctor's are absolutely amazing..Don't pay attention to the same person below leaving multiple negative reviews..This place will set your mind at ease. Thanks Riverbend!!!!
