I am a neighbor who lives along the ridge just south of Windsor Rock Products. Windsor Rock began their operations in our area without notifying us or many of my neighbors about what they would be doing. We are now living with constant beeping, loud truck sounds and banging of rocks and dump trucks all day. The sound continues Monday through Saturday from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm. Its soo good.
Out of all the dump & rock sights in Oregon and out I must say this place is nice the workers are very helpful they pay great attention to their job. When loading the truck ,it didn't jar my truck so bad as other places do the loader took time dumping slowly as they should, can't call that any thing other than he knew his job and did it with complete excellence.
