Atrocious customer service. Worst I have ever seen.
Horrible customer service, and concrete delivery with delays, not relaying on your projects needs.
The good news is a great and popular city attorney was not only interested in the case but was able to call compliance for us on the fly and reveal that No! Riverbend materials did not have a permit to block off an entire Salem City street and the only way of leaving our houses. 6 falsey imprisoned people with violated rights in all. One during a medical emergency for one and one preventing the other from getting to work leading to them almost getting fired.
