We noticed a dusty odor whenever the HVAC system started. The technician inspected the returns and found accumulated dust inside. After the cleaning, the odor was much less noticeable.
After several months of remodeling, there was fine dust everywhere. We had the ductwork cleaned as one of the final cleanup steps. The crew was thorough and kept the work areas protected.
This year, we sought to improve the maintenance of our HVAC system. The team worked quickly from room to room after arriving on time. Throughout the appointment, they addressed all of our questions and kept us informed. The visit was managed with professionalism.
I was pleased with the dryer vent cleaning team's knowledge and speed. They explained why it is vital to clean the vent and showed me how much lint they eliminated. They also checked the fan to ensure it was functional. They were kind and explained everything. Thanks!
