The maternity Ward is the worst the nurses are very very hateful
ER visit for a suspected broken ankle started out ok but then turned in to an almost four hour ordeal, all while simply waiting for crutches and discharge papers.
michael Johnson is great his is my mom's physical therapist and he is so gentle and kind I recommend him for any one with therapy needs
Recommendedfriendly and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes.
The nurses and doctors were awesome with my elderly father. The nurses made sure he had everything he needed. We have always had a great experience with Highlands every time my parents have been hospitalized. ER nurse Christy Phillips and Dr McDonald were absolutely wonderful!!!
First they have to pre-approve you to be a patient. Second they don't call you back when they say they will 😠. Who needs a Dr. like that. I had a serious issue 😔 I needed a Dr. well I found one thank God. Will never recommend this Dr. to anyone. Thank you for not being concerned.

I have had to go Highlands a few times. We had our child there, our daughter had her tonsils removed and I had an emergency where I had to go to the ER. Every time we went the Staff was amazing from the ladies that came in to change the trash to the Doctors. Nursing staff would take time and was very friendly anytime we needed them. Even lady from billing was super friendly. Everyone involved was amazing this Hospital has everything going in the right direction. Thanks for treating us so good.
