One of the worst services. The front desk confirmed the appointment and called me back in 10 minutes to cancel. Took day off from work to go to an appointment which they canceled and now she’s not want to make appointments

Had this dentist on my hmo plan and tried calling for FOUR DAYS different hours of the day to make an appointment during their work hours and no one answered or returned my call. I saw how terrible the reviews were and called my insurance immediately to switch me.

I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt after seeing these reviews. It took me about a week to actually be able to get them on the phone for an appointment. Afterwards, I called back multiple times to confirm the time and there was no answer. I left voicemails and never received a call back.

I would give them zero starts if I could. I chose them off my Cigna dental insurance provider site. The dentist I chose doesn't even work at the office, I walked into have a crown and post repaired the dentist I saw was an older female who just returned from Europe and was coughing and sneezing all over the place and she should NOT have been treating patients. I did not get the service as I left the office due to her incompetency and her severe illness. I also reported them to the Kane County Department of Health.
