My husband and I have been going to Riverbend Dental for 17 years and we dread the day Dr Hackman retires. He and his staff are professional, compassionate, caring, respectful and thorough. We have NEVER had a negative experience. We will continue to go to this office for as long as it is open.
This is not a paid review. Had the best dental appointment in a very long time - just switched to this clinic after my husband had a positive experience with Dr Hackman and the staff. Have been looking for a new dentist after our long term provider retired. Have tried 2 other nearby clinics - both tried to upsell significantly. The 5 star reviews are fake and probably paid for! Save your time and money and go somewhere better. The dentist charged me for an x-ray, saw the abscess on my son's tooth, left it filled the cavity and didn't even as much as prescribed antibiotics. Later went on vacation and I had to run around like a chicken with its head cut off trying to find a new dentist to help me costing me much more time and money than it should have. Dr.Hackman always makes the time to provide me and my family with great service ! Very polite and great staff, they are compassionate and really care about their patients! This is not a paid review and I can tell you it’s very hard to find a great dentist that not only works late hours but treats you like family!!! Just wonderful .
