I'm a newer patient as the office I used to use in Alton merged with this location....super happy that they did. This was most certainly the best experience I've had a dental office. The care given to their patients was evident at check-in. Great dental assistant and Dentist. I had a couple fillings taken care of..smooth and painless. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.
Billing is very messy and uncommunicative. I called several times times over the course of a year trying to get some clarification on a $100+ bill for a routine cleaning through insurance. Each time someone very nice took a message and promised to have a member of the billing team call me back. No one ever called, they just kept sending bills. How hard is it to return a call?
Came in as a new patient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Faith was my dental hygienist and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend and they also have several locations!
Such a lovely and kind staff team!! They are all so helpful and I couldn’t have picked a better dentist’s office.
