We had a wonderful experience with Dr Simpson and Riverbend Dental. They were able to get my son in very quickly to repair a chipped tooth, which was such a relief. The appointment started right on time, the pricing was very reasonable, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made what could have been a stressful situation easy and smooth. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness, and I would highly recommend them to other families.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like this needed to be said. I was a long-time patient of Dr. Carrow at Riverbend, and him and his staff were amazing. They treated you like family and always took care of you, especially in emergency situations. There was a level of care and personal attention that’s hard to find. Since the transition to Riverbend Dental and the new staff, it feels like a completely different place. My last visit felt rushed, like I was just another number.
