Moderate. I think some of the counselors really care. You just have to find them..thats the unfair part. Havent had great luck with the caseworkers. I think they truly overload these people. Their groups are decent.
They are terrible, doctors just look the send you to the hospital even for a called canceled appointment no actual help from this place
Took a VERY long time to get in. But I really do love the staff. They feel so normal, and they know what they’re doing. They’re so backed up, short staffed, etc. I’m in services now with a case manager, and a psychiatrist. I’m on the list to see a therapist currently, with an approximate wait time of about 6 months which sucks, but they’re doing their best. Supposedly my new provider. Everything set up and I’m still waiting to hear from someone almost 3 weeks later. Irresponsible at best.
If you can help it I would DEFINITELY think about avoiding this place at all costs. You will have a de*d family member before they even feel a little bit of help. Only thing this is kinda good for is a case manager could MAYBE help you with disability social security, jobs, housing (usually the list takes around couple years to get on), etc stuff like that.
