Can I give it zero stars? I've been going here for over a year and I'd be absolutely done with this place if it wasn't for the fact that it's the only place my insurance was accepted. I've been asking for a new therapist for over 7 months now. They aren't providing me with the proper therapy I need. Just talking about what's on my mind today isn't beneficial for me and they know that. I've ask my psychiatrist a dozen times about why I'm constantly exhausted and my cognative deficits. It's pretty bad when you have a counselor and the people who end up having to be and do the counselors job is the caseworker and the Secretarys The Secretarys actually care but it makes it hard for them and they feel bad as there secretarys and not counselors but they care alot about the patient and make sure there gonna be safe but since there not a counselor there's only so much they can do and listen to especially knowing that your counselor should be the one there for you to begin with why give a client a counselor if th... read more
After moving to this area, the other related health professionals were unable to permanently keep me as a client as I had moved out of the area. I was told this was a good place that provides similar services. They made me wait almost 4 months from the first time I contacted them before getting an appt. It is necessary to find a Dr to talk with and continue to write the 2 prescriptions that work very well for me. This place is unprofessional you never get a call back they basically forget about you until you physically walk in and speak face to face my daughter waited more than a month after her intake for an appointment we were supposed to be called within two weeks but I finally spoke with someone and got excuses and told now that she hasn't been here for so long ( their fault they failed to help us ) was told she needs to do a whole new intake that was weeks ago still no call back we are done with this place this doesn't include e... read more
I went here for about 3-ish years total to see a therapist and psychiatrist and i can honestly say that they saved my life and they rocked!! 100% recommend therapist Corey (not sure she is still practicing because she had twins right before i ended services) and also 100% recommend Dr. Walsh! Only psychiatrist i have met to this day that has experience in medicine for slow metabolizers.
