After being in our new home for over a year now we are completely satisfied. If I built another house I'd choose Riverbend again.
My wife and I bought a lot near downtown Hartsville and chose Riverbend after interviewing another builder as well. In May 2023 we sold our previous house and moved to a cottage in Northern Michigan. Riverbend started construction early May and finished 5 months later. We had no problem communicating via e-mail and trusted them to build according to plans and agreed upon changes.
