First of all, they got me in when I had a bit of an emergency situation . Jim was extremely accommodating , pleasant, and kind. I was 100% happy with the repair and felt the price was fair or better. I’m most gratefu and definitely recommend this business.
Someone hit my car last month and I took my car to Riverbend to have it fixed. My insurance company worked with Riverbend and they made my experience very easy and smooth sailing. Ryan kept me in the loop every step of the way and Kim at the front desk was super kind and helpful too! My car looks so great!
They did a great job repairing my HHR. I would recommend them to everyone
We had a horrible experience with this company, brought our car in to have some work done, wanted to isolate what was causing the rear end to shake when decelerating, called and set up a time to drop the car off they called me two days later and said "we didn't find anything with the rear end shaking but we did find a couple nails in your back tire and we patched that" charged us about 100 dollars to patch the tire and put air in it without consulting us.
