Great place to go for repairs and has a wonderful waiting area. Great techs too
Wow, hats off to Riverbend Automotive for some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Specifically Ian, who was friendly, relatable, extremely knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond with making sure my car was fixed well. Pricing was well within reason. I appreciated the quote breakdown and Ian was helpful in explaining my car issues when I had to decide what was a priority to fix and what could be addressed at a later time. My brakes are working really smoothly. I’ll be back.
Amazing customer service! Ian and the team in the mechanics shop took care of my car even though they were totally booked solid! My car was finished on time and very fair pricing. I highly recommend Riverbend Automotive they will take great care of you!
I was in a fender bender that did a number on my Mazda. I was closest to Riverbend so I was able to drive it from scene to them. I’m so thankful I did. I didn’t have a ride from their shop back home - they were so kind to happily drive me home to Hudsonville. They toured me around the vehicle pointing out all the damage/repairs that were necessary. They were so kind, helpful and communicative through the repair process. Definitely recommend in the unfortunate case that you may need auto body repair!
Jim and Ian at Riverbend always take amazing care of our vehicles. I have been going to them for years and the only people I trust with my cars. They are always quick to get me into their schedule and talk me through what’s going on. They are reliable, affordable, honest, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
