Great customer service and repairs plus very professional
Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life!!! Long contact times (months) ZERO confidence in mechanical abilities. My final breaking point was on the second work order. A motor mount. The guy took a picture of what I was asking to be fixed, over 500 later with multiple things (supposedly should have been fixed the first time!?!?! And no motor mount, on the bill, the only thing I specifically asked for! STAY CLEAR! Couple thousand dollars 9 months and I'm still having to get it fixed. Anyone know a "professional" ?

Wow, hats off to Riverbend Automotive for some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Specifically Ian, who was friendly, relatable, extremely knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond with making sure my car was fixed well. Pricing was well within reason. I appreciated the quote breakdown and Ian was helpful in explaining my car issues when I had to decide what was a priority to fix and what could be addressed at a later time. My brakes are working really smoothly. I’ll be back.
Amazing customer service! Ian and the team in the mechanics shop took care of my car even though they were totally booked solid! My car was finished on time and very fair pricing. I highly recommend Riverbend Automotive they will take great care of you!
