We had a horrible experience with this company, brought our car in to have some work done, wanted to isolate what was causing the rear end to shake when decelerating, called and set up a time to drop the car off they called me two days later and said "we didn't find anything with the rear end shaking but we did find a couple nails in your back tire and we patched that" charged us about 100 dollars to patch the tire and put air in it without consulting us. Great customer service and repairs plus very professional
Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life!!! Long contact times (months) ZERO confidence in mechanical abilities. My final breaking point was on the second work order. A motor mount. The guy took a picture of what I was asking to be fixed, over 500 later with multiple things (supposedly should have been fixed the first time!?!?! And no motor mount, on the bill, the only thing I specifically asked for! STAY CLEAR! Couple thousand dollars 9 months and I'm still having to get it fixed. Anyone know a "professional" ?
Great place to go for repairs and has a wonderful waiting area. Great techs too
