I lived here in the 90's. I'M sure new ownership by now. Back then, it was very affordable. Apartments had plenty of space, new appliances, and ample parking. Onsite pool and clubhouse. Pet friendly. Great place to meet other singles or just socialize.

**Update: THEY NON RENEWED MY LEASE BC I REPORTED THEM TO THE CITY OF ALLENTOWN. THE DAY AFTER I REPORTED THEM I RECEIVED THE NON RENEWAL NOTICE, WHAT A SHAMEFUL THING TO DO. YOU GUYS WERE IN THE WRONG FOR HAVING A GROUNDSKEEPER NOT EVEN A MAINTNANCE MAN BUT A GROUNDSKEEPER WHOSE NOT EVEN HVAC CERTIFIED CHECKING THE HVACS!!!!!! HIRE SOME HELP AND YOU WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN REPORTED!
