I made 2 phone calls on Wed. Jan. 13th to the Manager to try and complete an application for these apartments. The first time was around 1.15 in the afternoon and he informed me he was at lunch until 2.pm the office was closed until that time. I then returned a call back to him at 2.40 pm and he still could not come to the office to let me complete an application that he would be in the office around 3.45 or 4 pm he would call me. No call.
