Too expensive for what you get.
Dina is great manager. She stays on top of stuff and she is really there when you need her. We had an impossible situation come and she went above and beyond to help us through it. I can't say enough good things about her as a manager or as a person.
Dina is a great community manager. She goes above and beyond by responding quickly and efficiently to any needs of residents. Maintenance does a great job, works in an efficient manner.
Dina was amazing. My move-in went smoothly a shout out to her.
They never have apartments available whenever I inquire about their 1 bedroom units. I've been trying to move here since 2021 but had no luck. I like the location since it is close to Lawrence and Kansas City area.
