Jamie was incredibly responsive and helpful whilst my partner and I were looking for apartments. A tour was set up immediately and any questions thereafter were answered in a timely fashion. The application process was stress free and straightforward. We are looking forward to move in day!

Lived here for 4 years, experienced the previous apartment manager Ashlynn and the current one, Jamie. Over my time living here while Jamie has been managing it she has been extremely unresponsive. She would hardly be in the office, could not get her to return phone calls or emails. Now that we have left, we cannot get our security deposit returned to us. We (Trash Panda LLC) have worked with Riverbend and their property management for about 2 years. Jamie has always been great and you can tell that her and the maintenance crew care deeply about their tenants and keeping a clean and presentable property. She’s understanding, kind, and soft-spoken, making the perfect manager!
Good property. I like the 24/7 gym.
