I’ve lived here for years and I love it!!! The staff has always been pleasant and prompt. Anytime I need anything they take care of it right away. The community is nice and clean. I have not had one complaint over the many years I’ve lived here. Thank you Riverbend!!!

Nice & quiet place to live. Management is so nice and helpful
outrageously overpriced. they’ll hike up the price at will almost every other day and you can watch it in real time. first photo is what they’re trying to lease the mid size 2bed for as of 02/03/2026 vs what their site defaults the BIGGER 2bed floor plan to be at. this doesn’t even include their ~$200 worth of fees they add on to the rent. shady
Great place to live! Riverbend Apartments is well-kept and comfortable, but what really makes it stand out is Darlene, the community manager and staff. Darlene is wonderful — professional, kind, and always responsive. She truly cares about the residents and does an excellent job managing the community. They have always took care of all my needs. Highly recommend!
