Awesome, self tours, beautiful apartments Neighbors are so Sweet. Each one is beautiful and you actually see the apartment you’re going to rent. Hope to be moving in soon.

Excellent apartment, the staff were all incredibly helpful the whole time we lived there. We would have happily renewed if we hadn’t bought our house!

I have left this complex after living for more than 2 years here. I had to relocate to another state otherwise I would have continued living here. The staff, including Keisha are amazing and very helpful. The public areas including the gym are clean and nice. Maintenance for non urgent stuff may not be done immediately but they will do their best if you contact them. It's close to the I-45 but far enough that you don't hear any noises. I would definitely recommend this place.

The property is nice and cozy. Lately after some changes I cannot seem to get the same care from management or maintenance. Many issues with flooding in restroom and mosquitoes buildup due to standing water along bathroom walls and along toilet and floor. Over 6 requests regarding the issue that keeps being “finished” then to come home to it not even working. Ceiling also flooded and hasn’t been repaired 100% which was 4 months ago.
