I love these apartments but the rates are too expensive. There are far, far newer complexes in the area for cheaper or the same price.
Just recently moved in and had an excellent experience. Brittany was a big help along with the rest of the staff here. Looking forward to spending many years here at Riverbend!
This place has been HOME for over 3 years now and the staff makes you feel like family from the time you walk in the door looking! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The maintenance staff manager Gabriel is AMAZING!! And they get whatever maintenance needs done quickly. Not only does the Office manager Darlene go out of way to help, but she even takes time out of her BUSY schedule to come and play with the kids. I highly recommend Riverbend if you are looking for a new apartment complex to call HOME!
I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and have had a great experience. The staff is always quick to fix your maintenance requests and keep the property well maintained. Ms. Darlene is also always super sweet and accommodating. I would recommend these apartments.
I have been at Riverbend for many years and I love the staff and apartments, it’s so peaceful and everyone is always so helpful from Darlene and Keisha the managers to the maintenance people. I am so grateful and blessed to be in this community. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
