The Riverbend apartments are an EXCEPTIONAL place to live! The staff are the best! They go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home and have your needs attended to. We had the most amazing time with the whole experience. Darlene, Brittany and Gabriel have continuously been phenomenal to work with.
Easily one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. Management is friendly and quick to resolve any questions or issues. The leasing agent is really kind and helpful too!
Riverbend is IMHO the best overall apartment space to rent in the Bay Area! Not the newest apartments, but are refreshed regularly and well-maintained. As in most things business it boils down to people. The office/property manager - Darlene, is among the best of the best. She’s resident-focused, and wants every interaction to be a positive one. We've been here almost 2 weeks now, and I kept waiting for the rose colored glasses to come off, but these apartments are truly, absolutely amazing!! The apartments are spacious and well laid out, with big kitchens and plenty of storage space. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, very pet friendly, and there's a true feel of community here. Management is on top of everything and super friendly to interact with.
