No cause drug dealer live here sale right in front of your yard driveway no good gutters no good water fall all over what you got on your porch black people are treated differently here cant have friends to the pool but office people do and other personal friends do air conditioning never works right in back room have to run 3 fans with air it just not a good place looking for me a house soon
This place is a disaster. You pay a lot of money for a crappy place to live. Garbage everywhere, high traffic all night long, drug dealers making deals in the daytime and night in plain view. Wouldn't recommend for a family or even a single person. The office manager is rude and unless you are in "good" with here, nothing gets done. Be prepared to pay $300+ dollars a month for electric because the A/C units are old and out dated. Your power will just go off and the main breaker outside has to be flipped all the time. I have to say something about this place. I myself went there to look they seemed like average apartments no better or worse than the others I had already looked at. I did feel that they were priced a little high for what was being offered. During the conversation I mentioned that I was still checking around and named the next apartment complex that I was going to. The person from this place then said 'OH NO!!! Never seen a place where nothing ever gets fixed.. The new managementgoes around as if he is lost. The maintenance guy (Terry) is very rude and dont ever seem to care if things get fixed or not. Nothing is ever done about the drinking and drugs on the property. As soon as my lease is up I will move. Just proud I didnt sign for a full year. I was warned and didnt believe my friends.. Just looking for the last day of June. Please hurry
I have live here since February of 2009, and I have enjoyed living here until resently. I am now moving out and would not recommend this complex to anyone. The landlord is ok, and the maintenance is pretty good, but the management company over the complex is the worst ever. The place needs alot of repairs and they will not put out the money for it.
