An application nightmare. Applied for an available unit thinking it’d be a simple process, but over the course of a week I kept getting called back to their office to correct or fill out new forms that they needed (some of which they actually ended up *not* needing). Not a big deal if it had happened once, but this happened at least 2-3 times. After the 3rd or 4th call to request more corrections and new forms, I decided to call it quits. Idk what half these bad reviews are or the discrimination one the abduction thing isn't thier fault management has went above and beyond to help me on disability and section 8 get a ground floor unit and have my pitbulls 80 and 60lbs one in training with esa notes for them and my fish tank with renters insurance incase of a leak and I know someone who's lived thier for years and not had one issue im looking forward to having central air and way more space moving in this month
Doesn't deserve a single star after nearly 20 days of calling me every 2 seconds to sort out paperwork, to ask me questions, to request more and more information about cheque stubs. Since we are Latinos, I was discriminated against in the worst way on day one when I was only supposed to move in. They sent an email accusing me of falsifying documents for being single, then sent a document showing I was married. Am I married since birth? I've only been married for a few months. I have been here since NOVEMBER 2024, and I am highly disappointed in these apartments. My A/C never works and when it’s 94 outside and inside is 86 there’s a problem!! Happens every time it’s super hot out and I have about had it I have a 2 yr old. I have to go spend nights at my moms because the heat is too much, there’s no a/c in the master bed either. They have been to my apartment 3 times and NOTHING gets fixed. They say they fix it but maintenance is a joke. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
