Semi-private Balcony is nice. Quiet. Decently Affordable. Reliable maintenance. Pleasant atmosphere. Dog friendly environment.
I know friends over there and it's always a nice looking apartments.
During a recent walkthrough, the property was clean and well kept. The units are clean and sufficient compared to the cost of lease. The property mananger and staff were kind, professional, and helpful. This is a good property for anyone needing close proximity to the Veteran's Hospital and current work in the oil & gas field.
