A nice area and it is nice to have a unit that is single story but beware. This place is filled with roaches and black widows and the management will not take the steps to remedy this even after constantly begging them to get pest control out. They do not value long time tenants and have raised my rent every year by the max amount and upon speaking with other tenants this is their norm.
