The absolute WORST place I've ever lived. I hate every second of my life living here. 8am LOUD drilling on my building every day for years, roaches, rats, horrible crime infested population, blasting music, shady porters, rude service from Riverbay. Never EVER EVER even consider living here. This is the location of HELL
Had to wait 4 months for Riverbay to repair my damaged floors due to ANOTHER convector leak. I understand the wait time due to the number of units. What is not acceptable is when they tell you they are replacing your entire floor with a more updated “Grey” tile that’s more durable more leak resistance and receiving something entirely different.The tiles the inspector showed me were beautiful and I figured it would be worth the wait. Filled up parking garages in section 5 with cash daily parking all monthly parking parking out side on roof During snow storm for a few bucks
If i could give a negative star, i would. This corporation are crooks. Stay away. You will regret it if you don't.
