Refuse to refund co op after unit was sold, thieves!
It's great that co-op city is more affordable than many other parts of the city. But the Riverbay Corporation runs co-op city as an oppressive system and it's not all their fault because the management group report to the NY Housing & Renewal Agency (the State); so, there are strict rules which means they can't resolve problems properly or allow any flexibility to maximize comfort for all. The absolute WORST place I've ever lived. I hate every second of my life living here. 8am LOUD drilling on my building every day for years, roaches, rats, horrible crime infested population, blasting music, shady porters, rude service from Riverbay. Never EVER EVER even consider living here. This is the location of HELL
