My aunt has been here since 2022. She has had a few complaints with getting things fixed a time or two. But for the most part it was more convenient to stay. This year when considering resigning her lease they raised the rent almost $500 more than the previous lease. Now this place is not worth $1440 a month. Maintenance is a joke ....nothing gets fixed like it supposed to....been there 3 months and still barely getting things fixed and office doesn't do a follow up been told things were fixed and they weren't...have a major rueniver
