In phase 3 of the apartment complex they have a tenant who is using the parking lot as inventory spots for cars which is unfair to the people who pays rent. Sadly none of the cars has regular tags on them so if they damage your car you won’t be able to track the owner of the vehicle down because these vehicles don’t have SC tags on them. The tenant who cars it is refuse to move them when asked or simply bring more in. Kaylee was very helpful and respectful. She was also very informative my family and I look forward to joining this lovely community.
They moved me in without my apartment having all the maintenance needed. No hot water when hot water ran it turned brown. Doors broken, cabinets dirty, A/C leaking. One of the maintenance guys came and shut my a/c off due to the people under me having a leak he also notified me that someone would be coming out to fix the A/C after he just came in and shut my A/C off. No one ever came to fix it. I left an emergency voicemail multiple times and no help was received. I do not recommend these apartments.
