The staff, especially management, are ineffective communicators & play sides when it comes to residents. The rules don’t apply to residents they’re friendly with. Beautiful spacious apartments
I really like the place and the amenities like security and maintenance. Floors are loud indeed as reviews stated but management did tell me prior to move in and has been great the last few months. I love it so far and the water view its my favorite part. Also the community events and little things here and there are great
