The elevator situation in the building is unacceptable and a safety issue for residents. Extreme wait times and crowding for months on end. There seems to be a lack of appropriate urgency resolving the issues. Communication about the status of the issue has been confusing and not inspired confidence.
I’ve been trying to be patient and generous, but this place is about on my last nerve. My family, bless them, pays an arm and a leg for me to stay here in a very small studio, but this place is simply not holding up its end of the bargain. The one thing I am thankful for is that there have been no sightings of mice or roaches, but that’s really where the praise ends.
