For the past year I have been getting massages on a regular basis from Nick. He is a very talented and knowledgeable masseuse and body worker. He has a very calm presence that contributes to my total relaxation. (On more than one occasion, I have fallen asleep on the table.) I always leave feeling very centered and at peace. He applies a firm pressure, but always checks in with me whether it is too much. He does a lot of stretching, too, which is a great complement to the experience and my wellness.
