5-Star Review I went to see Dr. Orlando Rivera for a second opinion after another doctor told me I had a heel spur and that surgery was my only option. That first doctor didn’t offer any real treatment—just a boot, Tylenol, and instructions to put ice on my foot for 10 minutes at night. No pain relief, no plan, and no alternatives.
