After long waits to speak to someone in the office, and disconnects I just went ahead and called another doctor, it took me 5 minutes to schedule an appointment with this other office. Dr. Rivera's office is too busy and they don't have a website to schedule or manage your health issues. I would simply look elsewhere to get the pain management that you desperately need you will have better results and suffer less.
So fortunate to have Dr. Rivera as a doctor. Not only is he a knowledgeable physician , he has en excellent bed side manner. I would recommend him to anyone who not only needs pain control but, would like to understand it. His office staff and nurses are wonderful and kind. Thank you Dr. Rivera for everything.
Dr. Rivera freed me from three miserable years of excruciating pain in the area of my body affected by the pudendal nerve bundle, which was caused by a serious fall. A few days ago, was my first visit w/ his NP (well second visit to his office) and his Staff is very professional and he is very good, and I think he understands my condition which is good. He didn’t try to push injections a lot (like some other Doctors). I think he realizes that I’m in a lot of pain and need more than 90mme, and I think the start has gone well.
Wow wow. Wow ! Changed pain specialists! Dr Rivera and staff are out there top shelf ! Nothing but the best he saw me had well bed side manners! Never once did he see me as a person just seeking meds wich I do need and use ! His staff is outstanding and very happy considering they have to deal with us grumpy ?? pain patients! After 12 X-rays, 5 MRI scans and lots of visits with chiropractors, physical therapy and orthopedic surgeons I was referred to Dr. Rivera for pain management. Dr. Rivera took the time to evaluate my condition and based on his expertise performed a procedure that helped me more than I could ever imagine. I've had lower back pain for the past 8 years (always moderate and sometimes severe where I could not even get up from the floor or walk due to the pain) and just now am I pain free thanks to him
