Being his patient for over 5 years, his gf/wife receptionist, Melissa made a condescending remark to me and told me to leave before being seen. Only because I told her I would start documenting my appt times and being seen. I’m usually waiting a half hour to an hour after my scheduled appt every single time. All because she wanted to charge me $50 for a same day cancel that was out of my control.
