From my first visit with Dr. Rivera I knew I had finally found the right psychiatrist. My initial appt lasted over an hour, and the following ones have never been rushed. Dr. Rivera listens and cares about how you're feeling, and he is very knowledgeable. He is understanding. I been seeing Dr rivera for over 20 years. He and his wife Melissa the office manager have fabulous for me. I had cancer in 2014. They both gave me 5 Starr care. All 20 years they have been 5 star. I been in pre hospital emergency care for 30 years. Professionally they have gone way above the call of duty. Only issue I have is the 1 hour 20 min drive to go see him. But I can be 100% honest. Can highly recommend Dr Rivera for the great relief from symptoms he has helped me achieve. Office is friendly and laid-back, first-name basis, remember patients names and there is warmth and kindness and support.

Dr Rivera is such an amazing Dr that I used to drive 5 hours to keep seeing him! He was one of the first psychiatrists I ever saw and his level of care made it very difficult for me to ever find a Dr as caring as he was. After seeing him for about 6 or 7 years I had to relocate for a job. I could not for the life of me find a decent doctor in my new town.
