My family and I lived here for a couple of years with a generally positive experience. However, our recent move-out process was deeply concerning, and I feel prospective tenants should be aware of how the management handles security deposit charges. When I visited Rivera apartments for the first time I loved how my father and I were greeted with such kindness. Ms. LaChic Robinson has been such an immense help during the leasing process. My father is an older person and he needed help with the application process. LaChic made the process very simple for him.
