On behalf of my grandmother: (I left my own review) My grandmother loves her new apartment and really appreciates the help the office lady gives my uncle. She likes the quiet and the front porch layout. Lol. She recommends this complex.

Before even talking about the lovely community at Rivera Apartments, I actually have to first, give all the GLAZE to Lachic, the office lady. Without her in that office, we wouldn't have signed a lease. From start to finish she was pleasant, calm, understanding, reassuring, and even after signing the lease- she is still is willing to answer at least 15 calls from me over the last month. The Rivera is a wonderful community that hinges entirely upon the hard work of the property manger, Lachic (along her maintenance team). Her attention to detail, extraordinary customer service and pure kindness make her one of the BEST property managers in the entire city. She goes above and beyond to make sure she connects with every single tenant, understanding their needs, concerns and to make sure they are as comfortable as possible. The Rivera and that community are very lucky to have her.

We have not had issues with the property manager prior, and Jerry is a nice guy who addresses maintenance issues promptly, but there have been some questionable charges from Cannon Management, the company that owns Rivera (see below). *Added later to address the owner's response below* The company's response below doesn't fully address the core issues.
