We have not had issues with the property manager prior, and Jerry is a nice guy who addresses maintenance issues promptly, but there have been some questionable charges from Cannon Management, the company that owns Rivera (see below). *Added later to address the owner's response below* The company's response below doesn't fully address the core issues. I love this place. Kids go and play outside. The dogs get walked and it just looks like a nice, safe place for everyone to enjoy and the events are the best part. 10/10
My husband and I have lived at Rivera for several years and have enjoyed the tranquil, clean, and overall feeling of safety living at this property. I would like to acknowledge the HUGE part our property manager, Lachic plays in making sure not only we but all residents at the property feel this way. Secondly, even if the carpet did need replacement, Cannon Management cannot charge us for a more costly upgrade to a SUPERIOR product (vinyl flooring) plus baseboard.
