The atmosphere, the waitstaff, the food - all wonderful. My 2 year old loved looking out onto the water. We will be back many, many times! We brought some relatives from out of state who were impressed with the restaurant as well.
The flat iron steak is absolutely delicious! The ground bison steak with mushrooms and onions was good also the wait staff was very efficient and served everything with a smile on her face for all 14 of us. You'll usually find the owner, Robert Jordan, talking with the customers. Each time we've visited, the food has improved. You can't beat the shrimp and grits. Just saying, there were growing pains, but St Patrick's Day there were no disappointments. The entertainment was great also.
I know there was about a 2 month gap or so where the reviews dipped i think in the summer and i had not my best visit either... but have no fear- I've been back a few times in the last few months and things are back up to par! Gotta check out the gourmet burgers! I usually don't put mine down until I'm done and will lick my fingers it's that good. Chris does a great job keeping the place running, and if you need a drink ask for Matt!
Awesome food and atmosphere! The place was busy but we only had to wait 15min for a table.
We had a party of 8. Beautiful place.....not enough staff for the volume of people. Noticed that the management was absolutely no help, was too busy talking to young ladies, while his staff looked struggling. The food was amazing but hamburgers served with no lettuce and tomato. Wrong sides on plates. Nothing bad. Just needs some upper management to iron out the little things.
Great service! Great food! We always go here for a good steak. Nice atmosphere! When my family comes in from out of town this is our go to bc everyone loves it! Lots of menu items to choose from!
