Called here asking about ordering some flowers for a specific date, and was met with a very inhospitable woman on the other end of the line. She told me the date that I requested for pickup would "Be fine but you have to pick it up early, like 10 AM". So I requested to pickup the Saturday following, and was met with "Nope. We're closed on Saturdays." Interesting, considering the hours say otherwise. Call someone else, whoever is on the other end of the line here is so rude I just hung up

Yesterday I ordered a flower arrangement to be sent to a friend in Louisville. I paid 165.00 and 15.00 for delivery. What was delivered was very Narrow glass vase with a handfull of flowers. I could have done better at Walmart! Very very sad. I cannot recommend river walk florist.i live out of state. Today I received a called from Riverwalk Florist, They completely took care of my complaint. Sent a new flower arrangement. I appreciate this kind jester. I can now recommend this florist. I love Riverwalk florist. They never let me down!!! I always get what I pay for with beautiful fresh arrangements. I went in to pick one up just yesterday for a work event and it was more than I expected! My whole family uses them.

I wanted to share how amazing this store is. I currently work and live in Ohio, and I stop by this florist on Mother's Day to surprise my mother. This was my third florist stop, in the attempt to get flowers. This was the only store that was able to help me. The worker behind the desk said that there was not much left, but she would make something happen. The set of flowers that was given to me was amazing and clearly made with care. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I got flowers here for mothers day and it was the most beautiful arrangement I had ever seen. I 10/10 recommend ordering from these wonderful people!
