I ordered flowers online from River Walk Florist, expecting a beautiful arrangement like the one pictured on their website. Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like the photo and appeared to be a much cheaper version of what I paid for. I should have read previous reviews as this seems like a common problem.

I strongly recommend avoiding this service unless you're picking up your order in person. My mother ordered flowers for my partner through FTD, and what was delivered looked nothing like what was purchased. After submitting a complaint to FTD, I was bombarded with early-morning calls stating they would redeliver—*but only if the incorrect arrangement was returned*. We live outside Colorado, so we decided to order a bouquet for Thanksgiving for our family there, not knowing Riverwalk was closed that day. Riverwalk contacted us and apologized, and offered a full refund. Instead we decided to use that to send flowers to my mom. After a little confusion Riverwalk came through, my mom loved the bouquet!! Completely recommend them!
