We had an amazing experience touring the apartments. Especially thanks to Kaiden. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely excited to show us around. I've now lived at River Walk for over 3 1/2 years, and it has exceeded expectations in every regard. Its location alone is enough to be the envy of every other apartment complex in Boise. Situated right on the Boise River greenbelt and a mile from the heart of downtown, it's a quick walk to other Boise jewels: Albertson Park, Ann Morrison Park, Ann Frank Human Rights Memorial, Whitewater Park, and more. Riverwalk is a great place to live due to its location. I've lived here 13 years because my balcony overlooks the Boise River. Out the back door is the green belt and I have easy walking access to 3 beautiful parks. I like having my own washer/dryer & walk in closet too.
