I've now lived at River Walk for over 3 1/2 years, and it has exceeded expectations in every regard. Its location alone is enough to be the envy of every other apartment complex in Boise. Situated right on the Boise River greenbelt and a mile from the heart of downtown, it's a quick walk to other Boise jewels: Albertson Park, Ann Morrison Park, Ann Frank Human Rights Memorial, Whitewater Park, and more. Riverwalk is a great place to live due to its location. I've lived here 13 years because my balcony overlooks the Boise River. Out the back door is the green belt and I have easy walking access to 3 beautiful parks. I like having my own washer/dryer & walk in closet too.
My daughter lived here when she was in college in 2019-2020. It was wonderful. We lived 1800 miles away and felt very comfortable with her being there. The owner was a sweet young lady who was very accommodating.
The Riverwalk apartments are a gem of a place to live! We’ve been here for a little less than a year now and have been loving it! They are situated right off the greenbelt which makes it super convenient for getting around downtown Boise. BSU, the Library, shopping, and more are all within easy walking distance. The location is very picturesque and we feel like we are in our own little park. More than the location though these apartments shine for other reasons.
