I’ve been dealing with the same recurring AC issue for more than 5 months now. I’ve contacted maintenance multiple times, and while they come and try to fix it, the problem keeps returning shortly after. Currently, the apartment temperature stays around 81 F even though the thermostat is set to 72F. It’s extremely frustrating to keep reporting the same issue without a permanent solution, especially during the heat. I really hope management takes this issue more seriously and resolves it properly.
I scheduled a tour on Tuesday, April 21 for Saturday at 10:00am. Also, receiving an email from the virtual system confirming this. I arrived ready to view the property and nobody was there. I'm attaching pictures as proof. This was very unprofessional, especially when the office hours for today state 10-5. At the very least, a leasing agent should have called me to reschedule the tour.
The staff here is the reason for my review, they do not follow up, and do not communicate with one another or residents. If you move here expect horrible management.
