I signed a 6 month lease. At the end of the 6 month lease they doubled my rent when I tried to renew. They never warned me that this is a potential outcome when I signed the initial lease. They don't realized that when you double rent on people you put them through a stressful process of having to move after settling in! Very unhappy.
I’m honestly shocked that management considers this pool safe to use. It is absolutely disgusting, full of mold, leaves, insects (including cockroaches), and clearly has not been cleaned or maintained. Despite its condition, residents were told that the pool is open and available for use. 🤮🤢 As a doctor, I find this extremely concerning.
