I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment. Over three weeks ago, I reported a significant issue with my living room ceiling: it is leaking, and every time it rains heavily, the leak worsens, causing damage to the walls and discoloration of the paint. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the office, I have received no response to date. This has been by far my worst experience as a resident, and I am frustrated by the lack of attention to urgent maintenance issues.
