Not a safe place to live, especially basement suites. I am a current resident and am a university student and constantly am woken up during the night by people knocking on my windows or yelling from the parking lot to residents inside through windows. Discriminatory leaning practices. Anyone, can book an appointment for a viewing, but people receiving any kind of government assistance, HAVE to fill out another DIFFERENT FROM, just to be allowed through the door. Complainants were filed to: Alberta Ombudsman - Tenant Review board - Human Right Review board, and forwarded to different news outlets, and has been posted to reddit. Open discriminatory.
