Review I've been living here at Brookfield for 5years now and would like to say that management has been very helpful and would like to give a thumbs up to their communication response. Communication is key to getting things done. Thank you for getting things done in a timely manner.

Don't live here I lived at this property for many years. At first the property started off great, but over time it began to deteriorate. Appliances are out of date. Get used to neighbors being as loud as they want jumping and banging on the walls. I lived near a sprinkler room system that went off odd hours at night waking you up from a dead sleep. I complained about it and was pretty much told to deal with it.

Horrible lying management Absolutely horrible management they have here. This place went to the dumps of hell with dirty hallways and roaches in building despite charging each resident 8.00 monthly pest control. They admitted to only spraying the hallways. That not going to help inside if roaches going through the walls of everyone’s apartments. The hallways stink from dog pee and dirt all over carpets tracked from these nasty animals. Water is always turned off due to "main water line break" on a regular basis. This place is a joke. Every month on a regular basis they turn off the tenants water because there is always a "main water line break." Clearly they can't get it together if they're having to turn off tenants' water on a regular basis, it is a major inconvenience when tenants need to shower, cook, use the restroom, etc. Their washing machines and dryers in their laundry room are always broken, good luck if you can ever find a washing machine or dry... read more

Save your time, you will not regret it! Edit August 2022 - Three Months into the lease I have grown to hate this place in such a short time! This has not been a pleasant experience due to maintenance issues and nonchalant attitude of the office staff. Awful! The management in the office are THE worst. Let me start with the apartment it self is run down and just a quick job of a “remodel”. Then when my microwave that was attached to the cabinet started throwing sparks and not working, we reported it to management to get it fixed/replaced. Please do NOT live here!! This place was great when I first moved in, then they were bought out by a big business and now they're hiking up prices. I just moved out less than a month ago, and I've already had a bill collector call me about my final payment. The fees I was charged for moving out were ridiculous. I hired a housekeeper to clean my apartment before I moved out and they still charged me over $100 for a cleaning fee. DO NOT RENT HERE The day of move in they changed me to a whole different unit without any notice after I already had a lot of things shipping to the address I was suppose to be at. Then I get into the unit and it took me 4 HOURS to clean it before I started moving stuff in because there was dirt, paint, dust EVERYWHERE.
